Magic Costa Rica originated in Buenos Aires, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, from a meeting of friends, who decided to support people living in rural communities, who need to sell a property but do not have the means to reach people who may be interested. Our group of friends also includes foreign people, who came to Costa Rica looking for opportunities to improve their quality of life, which allowed us to understand the needs, concerns, and interests of those who come to come to Costa Rica to acquire property.
Magic Costa Rica is a logistics services company related to selling and purchasing properties in Costa Rica. We have a team to meet the needs or requirements of our customers, provide technical, legal, and operational assistance, and manage properties that meet the conditions that the customer needs to make your investment or develop your life project.

Part of the resources generated by our work is destined for the environmental social responsibility of our organization, to develop the Bamboo Forests project, which consists of acquiring deforested properties or with intensive use of livestock and monocultures, with degraded soils, to convert them into bamboo forests. Bamboo forests contribute to climate change mitigation and biodiversity conservation. With sustainable harvesting, their environmental services to the planet and society are guaranteed, generating job opportunities and developing rural economies.
